Q1. Are you Manufacturer or Trade company?
We are 100% Manufacturer with own factory which specialized in printing & packaging over 6 years.
Q2. Can I get a sample before produce mass production, it's free?
Yes, we could offer you our own sample, then you could check our quality, it's free, but need you to handle the shipping cost. If produce your custom sample, need to pay the sample cost, depends on your request.
Q3. What kind of files do we accept for printing?
AI, PDF, EPS, TIF, high resolution JPG
Q4. How long to finish a sample and mass production?
Dummy samples take around 3 days, printed samples take around 5-7 days. If for mass production, about 15-20 days.
Q5. How can you make sure your quality? If we don't satisfied your quality, how will you do?
Usually we will produce a sample for you to check before produce mass production, and the production will be same as sample.
