1. How soon can I get a quote?
For most projects, once we know the style, sizes, paper type, including meter, printing requirements, and quantity, we can provide you with a price quote within 24 hours.
2. How long will it take to receive my products?
Generally, it will take us 2-3 weeks to produce customized and printed products.
3. Is it possible to make a custom-made packing box?
We are a customized store. We design and build each project according to each client's needs. All of our boxes are custom made to suit your artistic and packaging needs.
4. Is there a minimum order requirement?
Due to the high cost of machine installation and transportation, we do not accept small orders. The minimum order quantity is 1000pcs, to reduce the unit cost and shipping cost, it is recommended to order 20"GP or 40"HC.
5. Can I get a sample?
Yes, on some inventory items. However, nominal shipping costs apply. Some items are excluded from our sample program. Samples based on your artwork and packaging needs are available but include packaging fees and estimated shipping costs. Sampling usually takes a week.
6. Do you sell additional products that are not listed in your online catalog?
We sell more than 1000 different types of carton packaging and are always adding new products to our website. However, every item we sell now is listed on our website. If you can't find the exact packaging or product to ship, please send your inquiry by email and we'll be happy to check if it's the product we're transporting.
7. Do you have a price catalog?
We are a professional paper cardboard packaging manufacturer. All of our packaging products are made to order and according to artwork. We don't have a price catalog.

Yes. We have a professional team with rich experience in the design and production of gift boxes. Just tell us your ideas and we'll help you turn your ideas into the perfect gift boxes. It doesn't matter if you have someone who can fill in the files. Send us your high-resolution images, logo, and text and tell us how you want to arrange them. We will send you the finished files for confirmation.
11. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept FOB, CIF, etc., you can choose the most convenient or economical one for you.
